Materials

  1 ball Peaches & Creme Premium Cotton yarn #P220 Western

  "F" crochet hook

 

Dishcloth is about 8 x 91/2 inches

 

Chain 31

 

Row 1: 1 hdc in 3rd chain from hook and in each chain across row, ch 3, turn.

 

Row 2: Working in back loops only this row,  1 dc in same place as turning chain,

             * ch 1, skip 1 hdc, 1 dc in next hdc, ch 2, skip 1 hdc, 2 dc in next hdc, repeat

             from * across row, ch 2, turn.

 

Row 3: 1 hdc in same place as turning chain, and in each dc and ch 1 space across row,

             ch 2, turn.

 

Work rows 2 and 3 until square, ending with row 3. (end last row with a ch 1)

 

Edging:

Round 1: working in back loops, sc across the top, and place 2 sc in last stitch on top

                only. Now working with both loops, sc around remaining 3 sides, placing

                2 sc in each corner, join with slip stitch to first ch 1. Fasten off, weave in the

                ends.
